I came across this very pretty kitchen on Pinterest last night, and just loved the overall feel of it. This kitchen looks so welcoming, you just know that if you sat yourself down on one of those stools that a great conversation would ensue ~ probably accompanied with a perfect cup of coffee or glass of wine!
To my mind this kitchen has it all, the overall feeling it evokes is of comfort & ease while remaining bright & cheerful. The soft colours that have been chosen are enhanced by the strength of the wood floors and island counter and they have used enough embellishment to add architectural interest without overdoing any one element.
I absolutely adore the one end of the island being rounded! That design is amazing ~ so simple and so functional ~ it softens the whole room and makes for far easier conversations! Love, love, love it!
It is evident that this kitchen was designed with the desire for an efficient layout for it’s intended use in mind and with an aesthetically pleasing finish for entertaining guests in. The homeowners must be just delighted with the final outcome!
