After many months of designing, drawing, drafting, planning & organizing we have started the next phase of a new home today!
The property is located on Meadow Drive in the MeadowWood subdivision in Qualicum Beach (a subdivision we completed a few years ago with our Joint Venture land development partners). This property backs onto the eighth hole of the Eaglecrest Golf course and is across the street from 2 1/2 acres of Regional District of Nanaimo parkland, the sun sets on the back side of the house so will be perfect for the patios off of the great room, dining and master bedroom.
