We are excited to present some photos from one of the custom homes that we, along with our entire team, have just completed ~ it was ready for our clients to move into last week and move in they did! They are very happy to be settling into their dream home, the home that they have been designing and choosing products for, for many months. These photos were taken a couple of days before the moving trucks arrived ~ minor finishing touches, fine tuning and final cleaning were still being undertaken. With the only projects that are still needing to be completed being the final coat of stain on the cedar siding, trim and garage doors ~ this still needs to wait until the weather warms up enough and will last for a few consecutive days ~ and the patios, sidewalks & driveway needing to be formed up & poured.
At this point I always feel that the pictures show a “house” and that it really only becomes a “home” when the homeowners move in with their belongings and begin living within its walls. So, keeping that in mind, let us start the tour!

I missed photos of the laundry room and garage – they were not quite photo worthy with some cleaning still going on as they worked their way out of the house. I will take more shots of the exterior in the next month or so, after the concrete & stone patios are finished and all of the siding is stained. They have a lovely and large covered patio area in the back of the house that I will show you, as well as a nice little garden shed that is just now under construction.
